Professional Office Supplies were delighted to once again support Team McKeown’s Sportsman’s Dinner on Friday night at Smiths Hotel in Kirkintilloch on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The event was a huge success with various POS clients also attending – Fleet Alliance, Human Capital Solutions, Megatech Projects, Thornton Hope and Nationwide Crash Repair Centres.
Speakers on the evening were BBC Scotland’s Tam Cowan and top after dinner entertainer Eric Davidson.
Macmillan Cancer Support, POS’s Corporate Partner, benefitted to the tune of £6000 from the evening’s fundraising activities.
Everyone at Professional Office Supplies would like to thank those companies and individuals who helped us celebrate our 10th Anniversary on Friday March 30th at Motherwell College.
The night was a great success and the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice benefited to the tune of £4000 from the raffle and auction.
Speaker Willie Young topped off an evening that started with drinks, a fabulous meal and a look back over the last decade through the eyes of Managing Director Adrian McKenna who started the business.

Professional Office Supplies is delighted to announce that from the 5th of March 2012 we will now officially be a Corporate Partner of Macmillan Cancer Support.
This follows on from many years of fundraising and support for this magnificent charity that gives the best care and advice to so many people affected by cancer.
Sales Director Des McKeown, along with his family and friends, has raised over £300,000 for Macmillan since 2003 and, together with Managing Director Adrian McKenna, sees this as the natural step for POS to take on our Corporate Social Responsibility journey.
As well as engaging with the charity in fundraising activities, our staff will also be working hard to raise awareness of Macmillan’s countless services and support functions.
Everyone at Professional Office Supplies would like to welcome our newest member of staff to our team – Paul Fallon.
Paul starts today as our Lanarkshire Business Manager and his role will be to manage some of our existing accounts and to grow our share of the marketplace in and around Hamilton, Bellshill and Motherwell.
Paul is our first recruit from our new Graduate Trainee Initiative and we all look forward to working alongside him.
Professional Office Supplies were delighted to support The Enchanted Ball on Saturday 25th February at The Glenskirlie House and Castle in Banknock, Central Scotland.
The event was organised by our own Des McKeown and two friends – Sean Casey and Colin Macaloney – with two wonderful charities benefitting from the money raised on the evening; Macmillan Cancer Support and SANDS.
That figure was just over £11,000 and a fabulous time was had by all.
