Changes to our Operating Procedures
POS has also made several changes to the way in which it operates based on the findings of the audit.
In the last Month, we have changed our procedures as detailed below:
- We have consulted with a number of clients who have agreed to receiving deliveries only on set days
- We have launched an increased focus on our online ordering solution to reduce the paper trail of orders
- We have implemented a much closer stock management system to decrease the number of deliveries from our suppliers
We have also now introduced our Electronic Invoicing system. This will reduced the volume of paper used on a weekly basis, and cut down on our use of postal services.
