All returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the original unopened packing to be eligible for return.
Return requests after 14 days are still considered. However, they will be subject to a partial credit where the return can be accepted.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on catering items, including but not limited to; tea, coffee, biscuits and water.
Special / non-catalogue items and items marked as non-returnable are not covered by this policy.
Bespoke items such as printed, personalised and made to order products are non-returnable
All furniture items are subject to re-stocking fees, but only if returned in unopened original packaging and unbuilt.
How do I start a return?
To start the returns process online, login and go to the contact us page, choose the relevant subject title and the order you’d like to return, provide some details and press the ‘send’ button.
