Case study


To assist with the client’s consolidation of two offices into one newly acquired space.

To offer expertise in the planning and design of the new office as well as the procurement of office furniture, partitioning systems, storage, soft furnishings and branded window blinds.

To provide all construction services to build a boardroom, numerous cellular offices and a reception area. This included a full electrical overview for energy efficiencies.

To supply a turnkey solution for the client once the project had been designed, agreed and signed off.


POS Group introduced our interior designer to provide a space plan in line with the client’s needs and also in adherence with all health & safety, and fire regulations. After a considerable design process, POS engaged with an Italian furniture manufacturer to provide CGIs and 3D renders to allow the client to walk through their proposed new office. A glass partitioning system was offered that enabled self-levelling to increase the efficiencies around installation.

Our fit-out team conducted a thorough survey of the space to provide the client with an accurate build cost and suggested new lighting to achieve some of the energy efficiencies required. POS then finalised the range of office furniture and the fit-out timetable to allow the client a clear idea of timelines.


The space was handed over in time and on budget. Following the design input, the fit-out team worked to the drawings to deliver a first-class working environment.

The glass partitioning system was installed seamlessly and provided the appropriate acoustic performance. All furniture was installed on-site and created a beautiful workspace for the staff to embrace and enjoy. New printed window blinds ensured that the client’s brand was visible from street level. The new LED lighting further enhanced office wellness and impacted positively from an environmental perspective.

The manufacturer selected for this project was Quadrifoglio Group (Italy) as their offering suited the design specification perfectly. Quadrifoglio has been producing office furniture for 30 years bringing comfort, functionality and a taste for Italian beauty & design to companies and business environments all over the World.

Alongside a bench desk system and some soft seating solutions there was also a requirement for a reception counter, wall pannelling and a boardroom table with matching chairs.

The features of Quadrifoglio's glass partitioning system brought the entire project to life. Its simplicity, functionality and superior acoustic & structural performance made it the perfect choice for Wallace Quinn.
